The Hague Modelboat Club was founded in July 1969 and is one of the first local modelboatclubs in the Netherlands.

• The promotion of making models as a hobby.
• Sharing knowledge, experience and skills to the benefit of all.
• Promoting and stimulating contacts with other model ship builders.

At the moment we have about 90 members, who meet regularly in the clubroom or at the pondside.

The address of the clubroom is Schependreef 18 at The Hague in the Netherlands. You are welcome every Wednesday evening from 19.30 hours local time. The telephone number is +31 650 950 379. The clubroom is also open every mondaymorning from 10.00 until 12.00 hours local time.

Every sunday morning we sail in a pond of Madestein on the outskirts of The Hague / Loosduinen. Sailing appointments often are made during the clubmeetings in the clubroom.

More information about our activities are reported in our clubmagazine "De Roerganger", that is published at least 4 times a year. (Sorry, only in Dutch).

The club is a member of the Dutch Shipsmodellers Federation - ANSF and the NVM (Dutch Organisation of Modelbuilders) and has close contacts with Stichting MiniSail.
